Dora “Beth” Johnson is a licensed BSN with experience as a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. Beth has 30 years of healthcare experience in the Acute Care Setting, eight of those years as a certified oncology nurse.

In 2005, Beth was promoted to Director of Quality, where she spent the last 10 years of her career. During this time, the hospital moved from TJC to DNV as their accreditation body and successfully implemented ISO 9001:2008, resulting in their certification. Beth believes ISO 9001 has made an important difference within their organization, and the journey continues to improve patient care and safety every day.
