Description
This course will introduce, and provide the opportunity to practice the Basic Quality Tools:
Flowcharts, Pareto Charts, Cause & Effect Diagram, Scatter Diagram, Run Charts, Control Charts and Histograms
The format for each will be tool definition, tool application, tool key step summary, tool step by step instruction and overall summary. The goal of this course is to connect the quality tools with the overall improvement cycle of a quality management system. This will be achieved by discussing the benefits of having a quality system and how the tools are integrated.
