This course reviews the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, using the detailed approach that only Protos can deliver. The new standard structure is reviewed, including changes in management focus, foundational principals of risk and opportunity, and discussion around the clause changes as they impact the organization and current system. Hands-on class activities including Protos’s unique drill sets promote greater understanding.
