Clay Donaldson earned his BS from Georgetown College with a primary focus on Environmental Biology and Chemistry. Clay is the founder of Donaldson Environmental Safety and Health L.L.C. where he earned his certification as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and ISO 14001 Lead auditor credentials.

Clay’s extensive experience includes conducting Environmental Compliance Audits, Safety Compliance Audits, Industrial Hygiene Sampling, NFPA 70 Compliance and leading organizations through the complexities of compliance with OSHA regulations. Clay has played an active role in consultative practices, auditing and program development for numerous companies including implementation of ISO 14001 Systems and Corporate Safety Programs. Through these activities Clay has created the first 30hr OSHA course for Healthcare, Implemented numerous successful ISO 14001 programs as well as OSHA VPP Program.
