Gregory Finch earned his B.S. from State University of New York and MSW from Adelphi University. Greg is a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and experienced with both TJC and DNV-GL requirements for accreditation.

Professionally Greg is active in private practice for counseling services and has worked in hospital management for over 30 years serving in such roles as Program Management for Patient Safety managing over 450 reported events monthly, System Director including Patient Experience utilizing Studer Principles and lead the transition of three acute care hospitals to the DNV-GL accreditation model, and served as Director of Medical Social Work including Bariatric Surgery program where over 2200 surgeries were performed.

With a focus on Social Work, Greg is a member of the Society for Social Work Leaders in Health Care of the American Hospital Association and serviced as a Co-Chair and Board of Directors. Through serving in both healthcare and social groups Greg has created and delivered engaging presentations to improve both patient care and social environments of healthcare.
