John is a Master Six Sigma Black Belt with over 30 years of experience in its application that also includes over 35 years in management systems. He has extensive experience in auditing and consulting in management systems requirements in the automotive, aerospace, service, medical device and health-care industries. He is also experienced as an instructor, consultant and applications of Quality, Environmental and OSHAS Management System requirements as well as the application and instruction of various techniques which includes DOE, Reliability, TPM, Statistical Analysis, Six Sigma, Risk Management, Project Management, PDCA, PDSA, Root Cause, 5S, Lean Enterprise and TRIZ.

John is a member of SME, ASM and Fellow member of ASQ. He has been active in ASQ volunteering as a member of the ASQ Certification Board, Technical Paper Reviewer, WQCI Presenter, WQCI Session Manager, Treasurer of Statistics Division, Deputy Regional Director, and Cincinnati’s Section Economics for Quality Committee and publicity chair. He currently holds positions of Past Chair of the ASQ Inspection Division and Scholarship Chair of the Cincinnati Section. John is a voting member of TAG 69, ANSI Z1 and TAG 176 Subcommittees as well as chair of TAG 69 SC5 Acceptance Sampling. John is also SME/Shingo Prize/ASQ Lean Bronze Certified and assists SME in the Bronze Certification process.
