Lorie is a Workforce Development Professional, with a background in human resource development. She has owned her own training and development company for 14 years. Her training partners have included Honda of America Manufacturing, Acloche Staffing, Edison Community College, and Owens Community College. She holds a degree in industrial management from Edison Community college and certifications from Development Dimensions International and Achieve Global Certifcations. She brings energy, enthusiasm, and a personal touch to several areas of personal development, including supervision, effective communication, problem solving, time and change management, working effectively with teams, trainer development, and team building.
