Description
The Black Belt class develops all aspects for becoming the leading expert for Lean Six Sigma programs. In this course, you will learn concepts that lead an individual to master Black Belt Level projects. The Black Belt course builds from the Green Belt fundamentals and rounds out the complete LSS process for improvement.

Focusing on the full application of the DMAIC model and developing advanced Lean Six-Sigma process skills
Required skills to identify, evaluate, select and manage a Lean Six-Sigma project(s)
NOTE: Recognition as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt requires completion of this course as well as the requirement to submit successfully lead improvement projects by the Black Belt Candidate.
