Description
The IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management system is now comprised of two standards, ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. Our course provides the basis for evaluating an organization’s IATF 16949 system from an internal perspective to determine conformance and identify opportunities for improvement. This course include fundamental instruction on the ISO 9001:2015 standard and IATF changes, case studies and testing to meet the IATF requirements. The course also consists of interactive presentation, case studies and hands-on audit practice. The audit examples and practice include a process based approach that promotes a focus on auditing rather than extensive preparation.
