This course is a great introduction to ISO 9001 and provides a high-level overview of the ISO 9001 standard with a focus on healthcare. General concepts of quality management are reviewed aligning them with ISO 9001:2015. The concept of Risk Based Thinking is introduced and options for solutions in healthcare are presented. This session may be presented in varying lengths of time and is an excellent selection for all levels from staff to leadership.
