Description

Takes the DMAIC method to a new level by introducing new tools and methods for problem solving. This course is the key step for all department leaders and staff that will be leading improvement teams. New problem solving tools are reviewed and ISO 9001 system controls are included to not only capture the benefits of improvement, but also to integrate the changes into a sustainable system. The Green Belt course introduces concepts to the team approach for problem solving that supports leading effective teams.

  • Concepts for leading problem solving teams
  • Further development of the DMAIC process for problem solving

NOTE: Recognition as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt requires completion of this course as well as submission of a project utilizing the improvement techniques of the process, review and recognition by a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
