Description

Introduces the team approach to problem solving and includes integration and alignment strategy to ISO 9001 management systems. Basic quality tools are reviewed and hands on case studies are included to promote application. This course provides the foundational training required for the Certified Green Belt Program and a great foundation for circle improvement teams.
