Description

The Process Development FMEA/PQCT Workshop is a two-day course designed as an overview of OEM and IATF process development requirements. This workshop introduces the initial steps for process development, starting with the Flowchart diagram. The workshop also includes the FMEA requirements as defined by AIAG and adopted as a customer specific requirement by major automotive OEM’s. The two-days are rounded out by including the requirements for the Process Quality Control Table (PQCT). Each process development tool is reviewed in detail with a case study assigned and group dynamics to enhance learning.

Learning Objectives:

  • Customer specific requirements for Process Development
  • Development and linkages for the FMEA
